It was another blustery TT night - at least blustery until after the TT! The air pressure was quite low, though, and all but one of us (myself) had season-series bests. In fact maybe all of us had season-series bests if you consider the extra sideways distance I did resulting from the strong gusts off of the river - So congratulations to us all, but especially to Ingrid Coney, Nancy Luitwieler and Karen Byskov who all managed a cube speed improvement of more than 10%(!) and to Penny Carmichael who achieved a new database 15km PB of 26:41, 20 seconds faster than her previous best. She was the only person to improve upon her previous database best. Also, welcome to new participant Elizabeth Ashby from British Columbia who is in Ottawa for the next 6 months.
Thanks to our Helpers: Penny Carmichael, John Cooper, Morley Dore, Jim Glover, Nancy Luitwieler, Celia McInnis, Barbara Wilson, Don Wilson.
